Hi, I’m Michael Cracco — a New Jersey based designer and creative director with over 10 years of experience in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling. For the past 5 years, I have worked in director-level roles managing creative teams, with each year bringing bigger projects, larger teams, and new creative challenges. Having spent years as a hands-on designer myself, leading and managing creative teams has always come naturally to me through firsthand experience and collaboration.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with brands across a wide range of industries including beauty, fashion, beverage, wellness, and home goods. I enjoy building creative identities that not only look visually strong, but also help brands connect with people in a real and memorable way.
