CHALLENGE:
Nest Bedding operates in a highly competitive mattress and sleep category where differentiation is increasingly difficult and customer acquisition costs continue to rise. 5W leads integrated strategy and execution across Email, Paid Media, and Social, tasked with building both sustained brand awareness and efficient conversion pathways.
STRATEGY:
From a creative and performance marketing perspective, we focused on building a full-funnel ecosystem that balanced brand storytelling with conversion efficiency. Top-of-funnel campaigns were designed to expand reach and introduce Nest Bedding to new audiences, while lower-funnel efforts—particularly in email and paid media—were optimized to convert intent into sales. Creative direction emphasized consistent visual identity, clearer messaging hierarchy, and performance-informed iteration across channels to ensure cohesion from first touch to purchase.
RESULTS:
Beginning in 2019, we developed and scaled a more intentional email creative system for Nest Bedding. Email became a core revenue and retention engine, consistently generating approximately $2–3M annually. Beyond direct performance, it also strengthened ongoing audience engagement, improved lifecycle marketing efficiency, and played a meaningful role in building long-term brand familiarity and trust.
